Project docs overview

This section is for contributors and maintainers. It exists separately from the public Diátaxis user docs so contributor process does not pollute tutorials, guides, reference, or explanation pages.

Use this section for:

• docs architecture and source-of-truth rules
• writing style and page templates
• runnable example authoring
• coverage expectations for new public surface
• release and versioning policy
